I was approached by the Los Angeles Times and Causecast to make a set of holiday e-cards for the upcoming season. These e-cards are part of a project that makes it easy for people to donate to local no-profits and to spread awareness during the holidays. The way it works is this: The user visits the L.A. Times website, selects an e-card, chooses from one of 5 L.A. non-profits, and then sends the card off to a friend for the holidays! My design is meant to provide awareness of non-profit animal adoption centers, specifically the PSPCA LA. I built my own set and shot the set of four photos of my two guinea pigs, Kandinsky and Frankenstein.
